No. We welcome startups across a range of sectors—including HealthTech, FinTech, AI, ClimateTech, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Technology and more—as long as your solution has relevance to the insurance, health and protection ecosystem.
We are looking for Malaysian startups from Seed to Series A with an existing MVP or commercial product.
No. The Programme is designed to support startups with existing solutions. Throughout the Programme, you'll explore how your solution can create value within the broader insurance, health and protection ecosystem.
There is no programme fee.
Selected startups will be required to pay a refundable Startup Commitment Deposit of RM1,000 to confirm their participation. The deposit will be refunded upon successful completion of the Programme, subject to the Programme's Terms & Conditions.
Yes. Generali will provide funding to outstanding startups selected through the Programme. Further details regarding the funding structure and allocation will be shared at a later stage. This funding is non-dilutive, meaning startups can receive funding without giving up equity or ownership in their company.
The accelerator runs over approximately 10 weeks, comprising workshops, mentoring sessions, industry engagement, and a Demo Day.
Up to 12 startups will be selected to participate in the Programme.
The Programme adopts a hybrid format, combining both in-person and virtual sessions.
In-person activities will primarily be held at various venues across the Klang Valley, while selected mentoring sessions and programme activities may be conducted online.
