Why am I still unable to register even after entering my details?

Your NRIC and mobile no. or email are required to match our database to register. You may view the policy details of all policies you have with Generali Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad. Other functions you can perform are:

  • Update contact details
  • Access your e-Policy and e-Medical card (for policies with medical coverage)
  • View and download statements/notices
  • Other self-service functions: switch funds, credit card/debit card authorisation, premium top-up, update direct credit bank account, change dividend option, change premium payment frequency, savings/current account bank direct debit authorisation, register for credit card recurring premium deduction, make and track your claim online, check your medical claims utilisation, access premium payment history, and view and track the history of all requests made in MyGenerali Customer Portal.

What to do if I forgot my password?

Please follow these steps:

  1. At the MyGenerali Customer Portal login page, click on ‘Forgot Your Password?’.
  2. Enter your User ID and click ‘Send Password Reset Email’.
  3. Open your email and click on the password reset link in the email.
