This policy covers direct pecuniary loss sustained by the employer by all acts of fraud or dishonesty committed by any of the employed named in the policy :-
a. During the period of insurance, and
b. During the uninterrupted continuance of employment of such employed, and
c. In connection with his occupation
Loss is payable, if the fraud or dishonesty is discovered :-
a. During the policy period
b. Within 6 months after the expiry of the policy period
c. Within 6 months after the termination of the employment of the employee concerned.
Whichever happens first.
